At Eleni’s Yoga and Movement Studio, I offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes to transform and energise your muscles, tendons, ligaments and blood flow as you focus on realigning, moving and stabilising with control and passion.
What you need to know about yoga and meditation classes at Eleni’s
- Bookings for yoga classes are essential due to limited space. Please follow the “Book Now” button above to learn how to book a class
- If you wish to cancel a booking, you must advise Eleni within two hours of the scheduled class starting time, otherwise you will be required to pay the full price for the class
- Prices are as listed under the class descriptions
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash at the class
- A pre-paid Yoga Pass is available and can be used for any yoga class – receive 11 classes for $165 (save $55). Please note, pre-paid passes expire five months from the date of purchase. Passes must be paid in full before attending your first class
- Private classes are available for existing students for $70 per hour
- Private classes are available to the public for $80 per hour

$22 – casual rate for a single class (unless specified)
$100 – for a 5-class pass (save $10)
$170 – for a 10-class pass (save $50)
$320 – for a 20-class pass (save $100)
Yoga Classes offered at Eleni’s
High Energy Yoga (60 minutes)
Yoga sequences, flowing in a medium to high tempo energetic pace, inspired by Sun Salutes. There is no relaxation component at the end of this class.
Yoga Fitness (60 minutes)
A class designed to introduce and challenge students to use free weights, weighted bars, bands, skipping ropes, steps to increase fitness and of course have fun. Great for all ages, very personalized and fulfilling. Just bring your will to sweat and to be moved out of your comfort zone. You will need to wear sneakers for this one!
Gentle Yoga and Meditation (60 minutes)
Suitable for all levels to start the week with a smile
Open Yoga (90 minutes)
A mixed level class, taught in flowing sequences. Vinyasana Flow – general to intermediate level.
General Yoga (80 minutes)
Suitable for regular practitioners of yoga, or yogis who have had a break in their practice for a while and want to start again.
Absolute Beginners Yoga (60 minutes)
A gentle approach to starting yoga for all ages – includes a relaxation and meditation component.
Yoga for spine strength, posture and alignment (60 minutes)
Emphasis on strength of the solar plexus core. Working on variations of planks, balances and twists. A class that suits all levels.
Back to Basics Yoga (70 minutes)
A great class for beginners or regular yogi practitioners. Students will work from limbering, standing postures and balances. Closure of the class is sitting postures and savasana to end.
Yoga Energy and Play (75 minutes)
A Vinyasana Flow yoga class, that gives a timeframe for yogis exploring hand balances, combinations of movement or partner openings. Yes, there is laughter, support and fun!
Beach Yoga and Meditation (75 minutes)
At Brighton-le-Sands. Bring a towel!
Soothing gentle yoga, mindfulness and relaxation (75 minutes) $25
Time to unwind, touch base with our breath, a time to slow down, move tight muscles in a gentle manner and to bring exhausted minds to a place of peacefulness and calm. Open to all levels.
Meditation classes offered at Eleni’s
Running Meditation (45 minutes) $20 for a casual class
Focusing on breath, mindfulness of surroundings. Running for the love of movement and exploration.
Breathing and Mindfulness (60 minutes) $25 for a casual class
This is class is held on selected Sunday evenings. A time to put aside the to do list and focus on inner harmony.
Guided Meditation and Breathing (45 minutes) $15 for a casual class
The perfect mid-week respite. An exploration of sitting to breathe and mental quietness, followed by a guided relaxation in savasana with lavender eye pillows and yoga blankets for support, comfort and warmth.
Mini Meditation Session (40 minutes) $10 for a casual class
A great class to relax, unwind and be present.
